Installation Guides

A-Frame Brace & Corner Installation

Common installation questions

Do I need to thread wire through the pre-drilled holes on Timeless Fence System posts?

Threading is recommended as it reduces long-term maintenance, but it’s not required. Standard t-post clips work great too — especially handy when replacing posts in an existing fence line.

What is the recommended spacing for Timeless Fence System posts?

We recommend spacing Timeless Fence System posts 16.5′ apart (1 rod) for optimal fence performance.

Do I need insulators with Timeless Fence System posts?

No insulators needed. Timeless Fence System posts are made from non-conductive rigid-PVC — the post itself acts as the insulator.

How do you drive Timeless Fence System posts?

Timeless Fence System posts can be driven just like a standard steel t-post — regular handheld post drivers and gas-powered drivers both work great. For hard or rocky ground, drilling a pilot hole with an auger or masonry bit makes installation easier. For large-scale projects, Timeless Fence System posts can even be driven with front-end loaders or hydraulic pounders using a steel sleeve guide.

How deep should Timeless Fence System posts be driven, and will they heave?

We recommend driving Timeless Fence System posts 18" deep, placing the first pre-drilled hole at 6" above the ground. Timeless Fence System posts are designed to resist heaving — no issues reported.

Can Timeless Fence System posts be used with barbed or woven wire?

Yes! Timeless Fence System posts are compatible with any type of wire. Simply use standard t-post clips to attach barbed or woven wire.

Are Timeless Fence System posts safe for horses without t-post caps?

Absolutely. Thanks to their flexibility, Timeless Fence System posts are inherently safe for horses and do not require t-post caps.
