Our “Pea Post” is made by using the 48” length of 1” diameter t-post with drilled holes at intervals to work well with the growth of the pea vines. This makes tying up the pea vines easy as the plant grows. This solves the issue of having to bend over to pick the peas at harvest, and because the “pea posts” are made from rigid PVC, the material is non-porous and therefore does not absorb moisture or harbor bacteria. These posts can also be used for green beans the same way.
